This Workshop is all about YOU! Women often create a birth plan but rarely a plan for their own wellness once baby arrives – time to control the ‘controllables’!
This workshop includes how to reconnect with your body, understanding your core and pelvic floor muscles, organising support, vital nutrition for postnatal recovery, effective and time savvy self-care strategies and lots more!
You will leave the workshop feeling fulfilled with your own 4th Trimester plan, as well as follow-on support.
