Sounds strange but works. Below is a recipe for the radishes for then build a salad with them or add as a side dish.
Roasted Radish and Edamame Salad
What you need:
- Salt and pepper
- Olive Oil
- Chopped parsley
- Salad items to choose
What to do:
- Chop Radishes in half – or quarters if large
- Heat oven to 200 degrees
- Sprinkle olive oil on a baking tray and add radishes with salt and pepper – pop them cut side down
- Roast for anywhere between 25 and 40 mins depending on the size of them and how crispy you like them.
