Sounds strange but works. Below is a recipe for the radishes for then build a salad with them or add as a side dish. 

Roasted Radish and Edamame Salad

 What you need: 

  • Radishes
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Olive Oil 
  • Chopped parsley 
  • Salad items to choose 

What to do: 

  1. Chop Radishes in half  – or quarters if large 
  2. Heat oven to 200 degrees
  3. Sprinkle olive oil on a baking tray and add radishes with salt and pepper  – pop them cut side down
  4. Roast for anywhere between 25 and 40 mins depending on the size of them and how crispy you like them.
