What is Jayne’s approach?
Jayne draws on her years of experience working with thousands of women coupled with extensive training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy ™ to become a Master Practitioner. Her coaching approach is that YOU do actually have all the answers within you I’m there to help you unlock them and create a strategy for you to implement them.
Typically a coaching session will last between 60 and 90mins and can be done in person, in the comfortable and private consultation room in the clinic in Knowle just outside Solihull, or online via a private video conference.
