Do you want to be fitter, faster, and stronger for longer?

Our Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12 programme is just what you need. This exciting online programme takes you on a 12-week journey to boost the foundations you’ve put in place towards better pelvic health.

How does the Athlete 12 Programme Work? 

The programme runs for 12-weeks where you will work with your coach, Jayne Hume, virtually to complete your weekly workout. Each Athlete 12 home workout is approximately 20 minutes.

  • SET UP – The setup stage is where we help you get prepared for the coming 12-weeks, including taking your fitness test and logging your start point.
  • PROGRESS – Every week, the workouts will get slightly more challenging so that you get fitter, faster, and stronger. You’ll do another fitness test at the half-way point to see how you’re progressing.
  • FINALE – With full support from Jayne, you’ll keep going until you reach the grand finale. Your final fitness test at week twelve will also be your graduation day!

The Athlete 12 Programme is outstanding, and it works. 

As a bonus, we also include a results driven guaranteed clean eating, simple, fat loss nourishment guide. We also provide a comprehensive and widely successful nutrition programme as a complement to the Athlete 12 course. It truly is a no-fuss, real food, nutrition guide that gets significant results over the 12 challenging, but highly rewarding weeks of this programme.

To take part in Athlete 12, you will need a few additional and inexpensive items of exercise kit such as small dumbbells. A full kit list is provided upon application.

You can follow this programme virtually and don’t have to be a Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman Graduate to take part. We will do our usual Pre-Screening, and if it’s suitable for you pelvic health status then you’re good to go!
