The prenatal workout

PREGNANCY EXERCISES suitable FROM 12 WEEKS pregnant

The Prenatal Workout is a specially designed  pregnancy exercise programme  created by Jayne Hume, the award-winning Founder of The Women’s Wellness Coach, and has supported hundreds of mums to be, many of whom have returned for their second and third pregnancies and more ! 

This unique pregnancy fitness  programme incorporates specially designed safe cardio, strength, conditioning, core and floor exercises, stretching, and relaxation The classes vary weekly to focus on particular area for instance upper body releases, glutes and even brain training for pregnancy! 

The Prenatal Workout Classes

We go  beyond a movement class, the classes have proven to be invaluable for many women as a support group, make new friends, feeling fit, and make sure they have the knowledge they need to prepare them for motherhood, with the new weekly discussion topics . 

Exercise during pregnancy has many benefits, including:

The Prenatal Workout programme is suitable from 12 to 40 weeks. 

As well as focusing on the importance of exercise during pregnancy, we also recommend  Pregnancy Massage as it is highly beneficial to  support  you. It is a good way to relieve common ailments such as lower back pain and girdle pain for pregnant women.
