Join our innovative and supportive space and meet other mums-to-be whilst being guided through our specially designed and safe exercise programme.
This unique Pregnancy Exercise Programme was created by The Women’s Wellness Coach and is delivered by Jade Crowden. It incorporates safe cardio, strength conditioning, core and floor exercises, stretching and relaxation.
The prenatal workout
The Prenatal Workout is an innovative and supportive pregnancy fitness programme which will:
- Give you a supportive community
- Alleviate and help prevent aches and pains
- Help your body to meet the demands of your pregnancy journey and prepare for birth and beyond
The Women’s Wellness Coach team recognises that achieving these goals is critical than ever for women during pregnancy, especially during these unprecedented times. Our team are here to support you through your journey.
Monthly membership for the Pregnancy Programme is £30 and includes two live online classes per week as well as an online community support group. It is suitable from 12-40 weeks.
Jade Crowden is an experienced Personal Trainer and pre-natal specialist with Women’s Wellness Coach. Jade is a mother of two young children and is passionate about supporting other women. Her calm and friendly approach makes every class a welcoming and nurturing space.
The Prenatal Workout programme is suitable from 12 to 40 weeks.
